WRINKLES AND SKIN TIGHTENING

Wrinkles are most commonly caused by exposure to UV light (which causes the breakdown of collagen and elastin fibers in the deeper layers of skin), environmental damage, smoking, repeated facial muscle activity (such as smiling, frowning, squinting), and the natural aging process.

Laser treatments are effective in reducing the appearance of wrinkles by stimulating an individual’s natural collagen production through non-ablative, intradermal heat. Though some results can be seen already after one treatment, subdermal tissue will respond most effectively with a series of laser sessions, allowing the body to build long lasting collagen reserves under facial skin. For added results, laser treatments for wrinkles can be paired with Botox and Dermal Fillers.
